Sarissa de Vries

Sarissa is a professional triathlete from the Netherlands and the reigning ITU Long Distance World Champion. She started her career over the short distance in 2007 and in 2012 she won the Europa Cup Genéve and placed second at the U23 World Championships Olympic Distance in Auckland. After a break from triathlon she made her long distance debut in 2015 by placing second at the first ever Ironman Maastricht.

In 2020 Sarissa decided to become a full time professional and this paid off in 2021. During this year she won Challenge Gdansk, Challenge Riccione and claimed the Long Distance World Championship in a new course record and National record.

Sarissa has been using a Ramus seat since 2021 because it eliminates saddle pain and makes her feel more stable on her bike.

Anders Palmberg

Anders is an age group triathlete from Norway.

After trying for seven years I finally got my slot into the 2023 NXTRI.

Triathlon is just a hobby, but a hobby we use a lot of time on, and after two 140.2 and 9x 70.3 it’s time for my first extreme triathlon.

I tested Ramus seat for the first time back in 2021, and since that it has been the absolute favorite, a saddle I can ride for hours without any pain or feeling uncomfortable.

Mehdi Bensouda Korachi

I’m an enthusiastic and passionate triathlete that came from road running.

I finished my first triathlon in 2017, it was an IM 70.3 in Vichy France, since that sub5 I always wanted to improve everything from training to equipments in order to enjoy more.

From a bike seat point of view, I have tried a lot of brands and I had the opportunity to be a beta tester for Ramus. I loved it because it’s the only saddle that allows me to ride hours without pain or chafing, and I’m glad to be able to help Ramus to evolve their products and make them even better.

Zachary Josie

I am an age group triathlete with a rare form of dwarfism called Ellis Van Creveld Syndrome.

In 2022 I became only the 2nd person, with dwarfism, to ever finish a full distance triathlon. In July 2023 I became the first person with dwarfism to complete a 70.3 distance race in less than 5 Hours.

I came to Ramus at the end of 2021 looking to get more comfortable for my first full at Ironman St George 2022. While having a bike made to fit my unique shape, it became clear I needed the perfect saddle to finish the project. After a few weeks of research, Ramus was suggested to me and here I am today. The saddle was modified to fit my bike and any discomfort I had was gone. I couldn’t have accomplished my goals without Ramus!
