Finding the right saddle usually takes a few real rides and small setup tweaks.
RAMUS 30-day Home Ride lets you test without pressure while keeping things fair and transparent.
How it works
- Tick the “30-day Home Ride (optional)” box on the product page.
- Keep the original box. If you return the saddle, take 3 quick photos before packing — top, side, and rails — to speed up inspection.
- If you return within 30 days, we issue the refund after we receive the item or after you provide proof of posting (whichever happens first), minus €150.
We inspect on arrival; visible wear or damage may lead to an additional reasonable deduction or refusal.
What counts as normal wear
- Light rub marks from shorts
- Minor scuffs that don’t break the surface
- Clean, straight rails (no bends)
Not included (may add a deduction or refusal)
- Tears or deep cuts
- Bent or cracked rails
- Missing parts or packaging
- Heavy grime not wiped off
Quick setup tips
Start level; adjust tilt in 0.5–1.0° steps.
Set height so you’re not reaching at the bottom of the stroke.
Slide fore–aft so you can relax in aero without pressure points.

What if I don’t tick the box?
- You’re on our standard 14-day return policy. See our Shopping Terms.
- If you might return it: keep the saddle unused beyond a simple at-home inspection (no rides).
- If you plan to keep it: ride and enjoy as normal.
- Home Ride can’t be added after purchase. If you want to road-test, choose 30-day Home Ride on the saddle configurator page before checkout.
Local test first?
With the RAMUS 30-day Home Ride, you can test one saddle at a time, risk-free.
But if you want to try the full range of our models before deciding, head to one of our test centers!
We’re expanding our test center network to give you more options for hands-on testing.

FAQ
Is the €150 a fee?
It’s a deduction for loss of value when an item has been ridden, so we can resell returns fairly as B-stock.
Do I pay return shipping?
Yes.
When is the refund issued?
When we receive the saddle or you provide proof of posting—whichever happens first. Inspection happens on arrival.
Can I still use the 14-day return?
Yes. If you prefer a full refund option without riding, do not select Home Ride and keep the item unused beyond simple checking.
